Shipping Policy
Let us explain the objectives of the shipping policy briefly, before presenting the details of the policy itself:
- It is aimed at fast and efficient shipping.
- In order to please our esteemed clients, in Pakistan we offer Free Shipping for orders that are above PKR 10,000.
- For shipping we use Leopards Courier who provide ground shipping services whose delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
The delivery time will depend mostly on the following:
- Each product has an estimated availability indicated on the product page for instance; “Usually Ships in 3-7 days.”
- This estimate is also stated in the cart- for instance when one wants an item to be shipped to him/her, one may see how soon the item will be ready for shipping.
- For instance, next-day-shipment is possible for some items, while for other bulky articles (mostly handmade ones), it is not unusual to take a few days. This estimate of availability is qualitative means come with a concise mark, We do try to dispatch orders in the shortest time frame possible, most of the time we even manage to do it earlier than indicated inside the brackets however this should not be the only relying factor for express orders.
- The delivery time is based on business days. This means if you place an order on a Sunday, delivery will be made on the next working day since couriers do not work during the weekends.
